1. AI-Assisted Ordering

This application uses artificial intelligence to help you place orders at SR Coffee Co. Your messages in the chat are processed by a language model to understand your order and provide relevant suggestions. The AI may occasionally make mistakes — you can always review and modify your order before checkout.

2. SMS Communications

By creating an account, you consent to receive SMS messages at the phone number you provide. These messages include:

• One-time PIN codes for login verification
• Order confirmation messages

Message and data rates may apply. You can stop using the service at any time to discontinue receiving messages.

3. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect and store the following data:

• Phone number — used for account identification and SMS delivery
• Name — used to personalize your ordering experience
• Order history — used to enable reordering and the loyalty program
• Conversation logs — used to improve the ordering experience and fix bugs. Conversations are not used to train AI models.

4. Loyalty Program

SR Coffee Co. offers a digital punch card program. Every qualifying order earns one punch. After 8 punches, you earn one free drink, applied to the most expensive drink in your next order. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

5. Payments

Payment processing is handled by Square. SR Coffee Co. does not store credit card numbers or payment credentials. All payment data is handled directly by Square's PCI-compliant infrastructure.
